The activity of developing CAD-based KUY End User Software within the scope of TAKBİSII Project; comprises the works of analysis-design-coding, integration and administration’s assessment of netcad software, comprising basic CAD and GIS Functions, and the software that will perform functions of KUY software, developed within the scope of TAKBİS1, using relevant modules (RasVek, Calculation, Map) as a base.
